Our Savior Student Ministry (OSSM) provides programs for the youth grades 6 through 12. Our Jr. OSSM Youth Group is for Jr. High students in grades 6 through 8. Our Sr. OSSM Youth Group is for Sr. High students in high school grades 9 through 12. Both groups meet every 3rd Sunday from 5pm to 7pm for OSSM Time (No OSSM Time in June, July and August). We gather for devotions, games, discussions, pizza and fun. Each youth group also meets once a month for a fellowship or servant event.
Puttin’ On the Ritz Silent Auction
Saturday, March 27th

We don’t care if you try hard to look like Gary Cooper (In fact we think that’s super duper). Come and mix where Rockefellers walk with sticks but whatever you do, be sure that you don’t miss the OSSM Silent Auction.
Enjoy yummy Hors D’oeuvres while you try to outbid your fellow auction goers and then watch high-class entertainment while enjoying a scrumptious dessert.
There will be loads of cool things in our Auction to bid on like: A hot air balloon ride for two, tickets to sporting and cultural events, gift baskets and much, much more.
It’s still not too late to make donations to the auction. If you have an item or service you would like to donate please contact Sarah Klug or the church office to register your item. All funds raised will go towards the Sr. OSSM trip to the LCMS National Youth Gathering this summer.
JR OSSM MOVIE AND ICE CREAM - evening of MARCH 19The Jr. OSSM are planning on going to a movie (maybe, Diary of a Wimpy Kid) on Friday, March 19th. We will leave church that evening, probably about 6:30 (we will set a firm time once the movie schedule is released). We will go see a movie and then finish off the night with some ice cream. Keep watch for emails and bulletin notices about exact times, price and movie.
JR OSSM SPRING RETREAT APRIL 23-25
We will be going back to Mar-Lu-Ridge Retreat Center near Harper’s Ferry. This is a great chance to get away from it all. Get out in nature. Spend some time with God and with your OSSM Christian friends. It is an opportunity to look at your life as a Christian and see where God is leading you. We will have Bible studies, group games, time to relax, sing and worship, and if the weather permits, we hope to have a campfire on Saturday night. The cost is $85 per youth. All of your meals are included. We will leave on Friday about 3:30pm and plan on returning to Our Savior on Sunday by 11:45am (Your parents can go to the 11am service and meet you after the service) Confirmation students have first priority to sign up because this is considered part of your confirmation program. We will open registration for the entire Jr. OSSM Youth on Sunday, March 21st (at OSSM TIME). All forms and payment are due to Mrs. Powell no later than Thursday, April 1st.

Use gift cards to purchase your groceries, for you favorite coffeehouse or restaurant. Buy gift cards to pay for your next home improvement project or to buy gas. Don't Forget!! You can also purchase them for Father's Day, graduations, end of school, birthdays, thank you gifts and more. Every little bit helps. Proceeds from this fundraiser go to our Mission Trip and Conferences Fund.
