VBS Snack Donations

SNACK DONATIONS FOR VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL — Please help support our Vacation Bible School by donating a snack item or two. A list of requested items is posted here. Click on "VBS Snack Donations" above. Donations may be dropped off in the church kitchen on Sunday, June 17 and Sunday, June 24. Please be sure to clearly mark your donation as being for VBS. If you cannot bring your donation on either Sunday, you may drop it off in the church office during the week Monday, June 18 through Friday, June 22 between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Questions? Please call the office at (703) 892-4846.

2018 Vacation Bible School Registration Now Closed

We've had such a tremendous response this year that registration is now closed and there is a waiting list. If your child cannot come to VBS, PLEASE email or call us as soon as possible so that we can offer their spot to another child.

VBS begins on Monday, June 25th at 9 am. Please check in at the registration table at Door #1 upon arrival on the first day. After the first morning children may go directly to the church and sit with their class for opening worship. The day ends at 12:00pm and children should be picked up from their classrooms.

Cereal Collection: During VBS week we will join in the fight against hunger by collecting boxes of cereal that will be donated to AFAC (Arlington Food Assistance Center). Please consider donating and help a neighbor in need. We will collect boxes of cereal for the next two Sundays.

Our offering project for this year will go to help the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC). This non-profit organization provides supplemental groceries to Arlingtonians who cannot afford to purchase all the food they need. Supplemental groceries from AFAC means that families can remain in their homes, workers can stay on the job, children are ready to learn and mothers and babies get the nutrition they need. AFAC distributes groceries to over 1200 families per week.

God's Blessings, Jamie Collins
