Our Savior Lutheran Church and School has served the Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia areas for over 50 years. We are a congregation of over 600 members and are affiliated with the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod. We offer many opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and serve the community both near and far.

We are especially proud of our expanded Day School, which offers a Christian education for children in kindergarten through eighth grade. Our education program is accredited, and we offer one of the best values in private education in the Washington D.C. area. Some scholarship and tuition assistance funds are available.

Arm in Arm and Hand in Hand

Going it alone never works. God knows that is true, so in His grace he provided a "partner" for life's journey. In John 14, Jesus said: "I will not leave you as orphans." (v.18) "I will ask the Father and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever." (v.16) He was talking about the gift of the Holy Spirit! The Holy Spirit has come within us to guarantee that we are NEVER ALONE! At Our Savior, ALL of our activities are opportunities for PARTNERSHIP and FRIENDSHIP! Sunday Messages in May will be connected by the common theme: NEVER ALONE! Please join in and experience the blessing of being connected by the Holy Spirit to one another!
